‘Reality is malleable’. I don’t remember where I read those words but I’ve never forgotten them. They had a profound effect on me and immediately became a core belief; they support me in hard times and offer me hope for the future. Good books can change us, they can change our reality.  That’s why I write.

My stories always start with a single concept; something that intrigues me and picks away at my subconscious. The short story ‘Reflection’ began as a way to explore the knife’s edge between the belief in our personal inner goodness and the consequences of our contradictory actions. When confronted by the juxtaposition, do we evolve or do we crack?
